General Introduction

bibaji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online entertainment and gaming service. By accessing bibaji through its website, mobile interface, or any other medium and registering an account or using any service, you are deemed to have given your full consent to these terms and conditions.

These terms apply to users residing in Bangladesh. Before you start using the platform, please make sure you have read and understood these terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using bibaji.

bibaji reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will constitute automatic acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a legally capable individual with the right to enter into a contract on your own behalf.
• You must not have been previously banned or had an account closed on bibaji.

• Each user may operate only one account on bibaji.

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

When registering on bibaji, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information is a direct violation of bibaji's rules and may result in account cancellation.

3.2 Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your bibaji login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You should not share your login information with anyone else. bibaji will not be held responsible for any authorized or unauthorized activity that occurs on your account.

If your login information is lost or you suspect unauthorized access, notify the bibaji support team immediately.

3.3 Verification Process

bibaji may request a national ID card, passport, or other documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to respond to a verification request may result in temporary suspension of the account.

Financial Transactions and Payments

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bibaji is ৳100. bibaji currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Once the deposited amount is credited to the account, it can be used for gaming activities.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After verification of the withdrawal request, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. You must complete identity verification before making a withdrawal.

• In the event of a cancelled or delayed withdrawal request, the bibaji authority will provide adequate reasons.
• You must follow the guideline of depositing and withdrawing through the same payment method.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bibaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bibaji offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 (twenty) times (wagering requirement: 20x).

• Example: Depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Depositing ৳22,000 will earn a maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonus offers may be changed or cancelled by bibaji at any time.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period; if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and are only withdrawable after wagering has been completed.
• Using multiple accounts, the same device, or the same payment method to take advantage of bonuses will be considered bonus abuse.
• bibaji reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse.

5.3 Cashback and VIP Rewards

bibaji's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier. As you move up to higher tiers, the cashback rate increases — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold, and 1.0% at Platinum.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bibaji platform:

• Using any kind of fraudulent activity or software.
• Using any technical tricks or bots to influence game outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using bibaji for the purpose of money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bibaji's systems or networks.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Impersonating or posing as bibaji staff members.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above prohibited activities, bibaji will immediately close the account and reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All content on the bibaji website and platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, designs, databases, and game content — is protected by the intellectual property rights of bibaji or its licensors.

Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or modifying any part of the platform without prior written permission from bibaji is prohibited. Imitating or using bibaji's trademarks and brand identity is punishable by law.

Privacy and Data Protection

• The user's account being compromised by unauthorized third-party access, if it occurred due to the user's own negligence.

Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by bibaji

bibaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide verification information or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities.

11.2 Account Closure by the User

You can close your own account at any time by contacting the bibaji support team. Any balance that is rightfully owed can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonus funds will be cancelled if the wagering conditions have not been met.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between bibaji and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion. Disputes can be reported to the bibaji support team via email.

If bibaji accepts a complaint, it will be reviewed and a response will be provided within a reasonable time. bibaji's decision will be considered final, however all parties retain the right to seek remedy under the law.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. The bibaji platform is committed to providing safe and reliable services and operates in compliance with the law.

Even if any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be fully effective.
